 Application windows, eligibility and required materials are announced annually. Please write to us at the address below to request the current cycle's information pack.

 We consider proposals from Hong Kong-registered charities whose work aligns with our charitable objects. A short letter of inquiry — describing your organisation, your work, and the partnership you envisage — is the right first step.

What to expect

 Decisions are taken at the discretion of the Foundation’s governance. Indicative timing for an inbound enquiry is set out below.

 Acknowledgement  
 We confirm receipt of your message within five working days.
2. 02  
 First review  
 Internal review of fit with our charitable objects and current programme priorities.
3. 03  
 Conversation  
 Where there is alignment, we follow up by email to learn more — and, where appropriate, to meet.
4. 04  
 Decision  
 Approvals are recorded in writing. Where the Foundation is unable to proceed, we say so promptly.
